On August 6, 2025, Vietnam Partners LLC (USA) and GTS Pyrolium® (Vietnam) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Ho Chi Minh City, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at implementing large-scale waste treatment projects aligned with the circular economy model and ESG standards.
Under the agreement, Vietnam Partners will take the lead in mobilizing capital for key projects, providing strategic consulting to expand into global markets, and collaborating with GTS Pyrolium® to develop ESG governance systems that meet international benchmarks. In parallel, both parties will establish the VPCEI Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation — a hub for training ESG entrepreneurs and engineers, incubating green technology projects, and building a high-quality talent pool for sustainable development.

Mr. Steven Ganster, Chairman of Vietnam Partners, emphasized that Vietnam is at a prime moment to apply advanced technologies in waste treatment, turning waste into valuable resources and creating new economic value. GTS Pyrolium® representatives further highlighted that this collaboration will not only focus on waste treatment solutions but also expand into renewable energy and material reuse to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
